工作职责

1.Delivery professional and quality service which meet the customer’s expectation.

2.Delivery professional pre-sales service and assist Sales team to win the case and achieve company sales targets.

3.Achieve operational objectives of project by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, preparing and completing action plans.

4.Provide job site survey suggestion, evaluation material and drawing for sales.

5.Representing the client's interest and lead the planning and implementation of data center project.

6.Definition of project scope, goals, tasks, resource requirements and deliverables.

7.Assemble and coordinate project staff and sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.

8.Constantly monitor and track project deliverables using appropriate tools to report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

9.Implement and manage project schedule, quality assurance, risk assessment, budget control, project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

10.Perform supervision, commissioning, certification consult and Professional Construction Management(PCM).

职位要求

1.Junior college or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualifications.

2.Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Center infrastructure industry for design or implementation, and more than 1,500M2 scale in one Data Center project.

3.Skilled in AutoCAD
