Main tasks主要任务:
. Taking and processing reactive calls from Clients associates including follow-up
接听和处理来自客户的电话报修，包括咨询
. Providing reference numbers to callers 为报修者提供服务电话号
. Updating of operational working documents 更新操作文件
. Prioritising reactive calls 区别电话报修的优先顺序
. Directing the on site team to carry out tasks/work (e.g. reactive maintenance)
协调现场团队实施工作（如故障维修）
. Monitoring the status of every ticket, prepare all kinds of reports
跟踪工单完成情况，并出具各类报告
Qualification资质：
. Qualifications and experience is required and has to be evidenced in the service provider’s personnel records.
具有工作经验，相关资质材料会记录在服务供应商的人事档案中
. Experience in a similar service delivery 具有类似服务方面的经验
. Very good English 英语水平优秀
. College degree or above大专或以上学历
. Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Software (including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint etc.)
