CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
REQUIREMENT:
Familar with Korean is a must.
Bachelor degree or above in mechanism and automation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s).Conducts test procedures to ensure proper product performance, and diagnoses problems at installation.
Implements upgrades and hardware/software change orders.
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
