Major Responsibilities

-Study and learn the best practice of material handling and automatic warehouse operation from J&J sites, current Xian site and pharma industry, Develop and implement material handling system/procedure/SOP for new site, fully compliance J&J Quality, EHS policy and all local regulatory.
-Study and learn Swisslog system and J&J SAP system, readiness for the new site material handling system operation.
-Follow up new site material handling and warehouse design and any other open issues.
-Train and coach material handling and warehouse operators to ensure successfully site transfer and guarantee flawless products supply.

Qualifications:
A. 教育程度Education: (学历及专业/Diploma, Degree and Major)
大学本科及以上 物流工程 工业自动化 工商管理硕士或相关专业
Bachelor degree or above Logistics Engineer, Automation, MBA or related major
B. 工作经验Working Experiences:
? 相关工作经验3年以上 Related work experience >=2 years
? 跨国公司工作经验者优先 Prefer MNC working experience,
C. 知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skills: (包括计算机、外语等/Computer & language skill)
? 计算机应用熟练 Use CPU expertly
? 微软办公软件 EXCEL 应用熟练 Use Macro Office expertly, especially EXCEL .
? 英语熟练，与国外专家沟通 Good English, frequently communicate with foreign expert .
excellent coordination and communication skills knowledge of sales tax rukes and issues mature and good interpersonal skills timeline driven and focused
