任职条件：
1)年龄22-35岁大专及以上学历，计算机及电子、通讯相关专业毕业；
2)从事三年以上开关电源设计开发或技术支持工作；
3)熟练掌握AC/DC开关电源的工作原理、电路结构、参数指标测试设计方法及元器件特性等，熟悉变压器参数，结构以及选型，有出色的电子技术基础，熟悉数字与模拟电路及各种电源电路特性；
4)具有硬件调测经验和较强的动手能力，能熟练使用常用的电子仪器，能够独立设计变压器，能单独完成中小功率AC/DC电源及相关硬件电路方面项目的设计与测试工作；
5)有较强的合作以及良好的客户沟通能力,能帮客户解决电源应用问题；
6)善于沟通和团队协作，吃苦耐劳，有强烈的责任感和敬业精神。

岗位职责：
1)负责公司推广的电源IC为主的AC/DC、开关电源的设计、测试与制作DEMO板等；
2)按客户的规格进行电源IC型号选择,解决电源设计问题以及其他技术支持；
3)协助业务部推广公司的电源IC产品，提供专业、及时的技术支持和咨询服务；
