工作职责:
-负责进料检验包括原材料检验，半成品检验等；
-负责产品的过程检验；
-负责产品的最终检验和装配检验；
-负责质量事故的调查分析，制订纠正预防措施
-维护质量程序并持续改善；
-负责仪器定期校准、检定；
-日常数据维护和分析；
-其他任务。

岗位要求:
-本科或以上学历，机械等相关专业；
-5年机加工产品检验经验和专业的质保、质检经历；
-熟练操作检验仪器和工具；
-熟悉ISO9001，有内审员资质优先考虑；
-英文良好；
-计算机操作熟练；
-稳重，认真，负责

Responsibilities:
-Take charge of receiving inspection including raw material check, semi-finished products check, etc;
-Take responsible for in-process inspection for plastic products on site;
-Be in charge of final inspection for plastic products and assembly parts;
-Handling internal NCR and customer complaints, work with other departments to take necessary action;
-Review quality procedures and improve continuously;
-Calibrate testing instruments regularly;
-Date analyze and maintain;
-Others assigned by QA Manager.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or relevant;
-Min.5 years QA experiences for mechanical products;
-Skilled at inspection measurement;
-Good knowledge at ISO 9001, have internal audit certificate will be a plus;
-Familiar with calibration will be a plus
-Good at English and computer
