Job Description 工作描述 :
manage the whole technical team and work, report to the facility manager of client side.
向客户方设施经理汇报,对整个工程技术团队进行人员管理和工作安排
Provide the technical report and proposal in terms of the client’s request, communicate and keep good relationship with the client as the interface of technical aspect
作为和客户方技术业务的接口人,根据客户的需要和要求,提交技术业务的报告,方案等,并保持和客户的良好沟通
Set up the technical work process and O&M plan applied for different site, supervise the implementation effect
建立适合于各个现场的技术管理流程,运行和预防性维护计划,监督检查流程和工作的执行情况
Subcontractor management including subcontractor qualification evaluation, selection suggestion, subcontractor’s performance evaluation
供应商管理,包括供应商资格评估,选择建议,供应商合同执行表现的评估
Work out the budget plan and control, review the material and spare part purchasing plan provided by technical supervisor
制定和控制预算,审核技术主管提交的材料和配件的采购计划
Work out the continuous improvement plan including O&M optimization and energy conservation proposal
制定出现场设施持续改善计划,包括设施设备运行的优化,节能方案等
Develop the competence of technical team by training, examination and job rotation arrangement
通过培训,考试和轮岗等提高技术团队的能力
Achieve assigned additional related task
完成指派的其他相关工作
Requirement 任职要求:
College or above level, major in electrical, HVAC or mechanical, more than 5 years experience on facilities maintenance work and 3 years experience on team management
全日制专科及以上学历,电气,暖通空调或机械专业, 7年以上设施维护工作经验。
Be familiar with the facilities maintenance work including quality management, facilities maintenance and operation, energy management and EHS management
熟悉设施维护管理的相关工作,包括质量管理的体系和应用,设施运行维护维,能源管理,EHS等
Have strong capabilities of work arrangement and team management
具有较强的工作安排和人员组织管理的能力
Have strong capabilities of friendly communication with the client and team member
和客户以及团队的良好沟通能力
Proactive, aggressive, serious and accountable personality
工作态度积极主动,认真负责
Have capabilities of reading and writing in English
具有英语读写的能力
Be familiar with office software application and understand the engineering drawings
熟练使用办公软件和工程图纸读图的能力
