Job Description 工作描述

对现场的空调、给排水设备进行日常巡视，并根据表格记录参数和设备运行状况
根据维护保养计划，对空调、给排水设备进行例行维护保养，保证设备正常运行
响应客户服务需求，对故障的设备进行维修处理
在设备发生事故时，根据操作规程，采取应急措施并妥善处理
协助其他工种共同完成工作任务，完成上级主管交办的其他相关工作

Requirement 任职要求
中技同等或以上学历， 3年以上空调、给排水工作经验
熟悉空调，给排水设备的运行和维护保养
工作态度积极主动，认真负责
