Responsibility:

- Work on a range of landlord and tenant retail agency activities
- Represent our retailer/brand clients in securing retail space in Beijing and other cities in Northern China.
- Contribute to the winning and servicing of a range of both landlord and tenant oriented retail agency assignments, under the leadership of Director, Retail Tenant Representation, Asia Pacific.
- Report internally and to clients on assignment progress, using agreed reporting formats on a systematic basis.
- To develop relationships with clientsand potential clients and enhance the frequency and quality of client interaction, under the leadership of the Shanghai retail department head and the Executive Director of Retail
- Contribute to consulting projects as required through provision of information and other activities
- Contribute to research activities by providing transaction information, and other market information
- Coordinate departmental reports and contribute to other departmental administration activities as requested
- To contribute to client management activities including providing client contacts for mailing lists
- Additional tasks as needed
- This job may require domestic and international travel, as requested by the department head.

Qualification:
- Familiar with China retail market
- Familiar with brands in fashion and F&B market
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- 1-2 years of agency or landlord work experience, some of which should be in the retail market
