职责说明：

Independent testing of PFW, BIL, temperature rise, partial discharge, multi-press, high/low temperature environmental test, mechanical characteristic measurement, mechanical endurance and so on for MV & LV products.
Lab management including of fulfill all required technical specifications of testing equipment and Safety & accurate to complete all kinds of test.
Support design/Engineering team to design and develop new products.
Clear understand various labs’ (outside) testing process and independent complete all kinds of verification & type tests.

a) Determination of testing requirements and formulation of technical specifications for the described testing equipment and products under test.
b) Generation of suitable feasibility, verification and type test programs and identification of facilities in China or elsewhere to conduct them.
c) Performing testing (internal lab) and certification test programs (outside lab) and obtaining type test reports for the new or modified products.
d) Building of good relationship with various outside labs. Proper application of testing according to the HV Lab management procedures to start up test.
e) Identification of appropriate testing equipment and testing methods and testing processes and verification that proposed methods and processes.
f) Together with the design/engineering team to assess the testing sample and testing risks before test and analyze the testing data and failure items after test. To investigate and evaluate the design and engineering improvement suitability. Formulate and carry out test programs to confirm the design improvement and establish testing risk and specification fulfillment both verification and certification test.
g) Provide timely and comprehensive design/engineering support for related local engineering and manufacturing operations in order to maintain company standards of design, quality, performance and cost of LV& MV products.
h) Drive development of a new testing method with clear goals for testing accurate and safety, efficacy and reliability, provide good service to each design/engineering team – generate customer delight.
i) Establish clear testing and lab management quality targets and processes to meet the quality goals

学历要求：
?Candidates should be able to demonstrate deep understanding of products used in low, medium or high voltage power systems. Examples of these products are
oTransformers, Regulators,
oLV/MV Switches and Switchgear, Vacuum Interrupters, RMU,
oHV/MV/LV Cables and cold shrink cable accessories,
oGenerators, Motors,
oCapacitors, Reactors
oFuses,
oInsulators, Surge Arresters, Cutouts
oComponents used in the above devices.
?Candidates should have experience of testing and test installations for these products.
?Candidates should learn well of the standards including of GB, IEC and IEEE related with LV/MV products & testing.
?Candidates should know the testing process at each different lab wide world, and clear understanding of the testing method and testing data.
? At least 3 years experience in identified or closely related fields
