职位描述

Primary Role:

The RSM manages business within an assigned/specified sales geographical or vertical market area.

?The RSM works closely with the Solutions & Design/Engineering Teams as may be applicable to secure sales opportunities, will collaborate with other Sales, country Manager, CEO and Direct Connect Managers in Canada on an as required basis.
RSM与方案&设计/工程团队紧密配合去稳妥销售机会,有必要的话将直接与其他销售,中国区总经理,加拿大的CEO和首席执行官合作。
?The RSM works closely with Client service/Quality/Production in contract act process.

Key Responsibilities:

?Meet or exceed a sales target set by the organization for their region.

?Execute the sales plan as defined by the organization.

?Develop and motivate effective sales channels which align with the Evan’s sales strategy
配合Evans的销售策略发展和激励有效的销售渠道
?Proactively generate relationships with prospective clients within the region and maintain and grow the opportunity funnel.
主动发掘潜在的客户关系和区域,建立销售机会漏斗
?Using internal Snap tool, provide timely quotes to customers
使用内部Snap工具,及时提供报价给客户
?Using our CRM (Customer relationship management) tool, (Salesforce.com) provide accurate forecasts of projects to close in the region and maintain an accurate list of contacts within your region.
使用我们的CRM(客户关系管理)工具,(Salesforce.com) 提供准确的项目预测,在您负责的区域内保持一个正确的联系人列表。
?Keep closely with client and push the payment as payment items.
与客户保持密切联系,推动回款
Other Duties Include:

?May be tasked with additional activities from time to time to support cross-functional teams within the ECK entity.

?Build competitive intelligence/ knowledge

?Work with logistic dept. to clearly the delivery information.

?College degree strongly preferred, not required

?Significant sales experience in a technical furniture, control room, audio-visual or computer sales environment required and experience with key customers or channels members an asset.
