职位描述
Your Role Should Be:
The IT specialist’s role is to take charge of all the IT-related matters within the company and solve the technical issues;
The IT specialist needs to assist HQ IT to build or update IT infrastructure and set up IT systems;
The IT specialist manages and maintains IT systems on a daily basis and keep good contact with the IT devices vendors and ISP suppliers;
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Provide quick and effective response and resolve IT-related technical issues regarding user client softwares and windows or Linux servers;
Assist HQ IT team to build or update IT infrastructure and set up IT systems;
Work close with HQ team to manage and optimize IT systems;
Work close with HQ team to manage and optimize back office systems;
Provide the necessary IT training within the company.
Perform other related duties when assigned.
Profile,Knowledge,Abilities & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Solid computer and network understanding;
Be familiar with TCP/IP Network and switches, routers, printers configuration;
Be familiar with Windows and Linux OS systems installation;
Be familiar with Domain administration;
Be familiar with Linux system administration(applications installation and maintenance);
Be familiar with script programming on Linux systems;
Professional and friendly communication skill and detailed problem solving;
Around 5 years and more working experience
Excellent spoken and written English skills;
Preferably, working experience in international companies;
Preferably, MCSE,CCNA/CCNP, Linux certificate achievers;
Occasionally travel domestically or abroad;
