Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to Director and to the team on daily routine work;
2. Schedules meeting and traveling arrangement, and team schedule properly;
3. Welcomes VIP visitors;
4. Prepare reports/data, presentations and correspondences;
5. Puts invoices in system and prepare basic finance reports;
6. Interact with regional peers and share regular reports;
7. Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good customer communication skills;
3. Basic finance skills (invoicing, cash flow management);
4. Intelligent, loyal, helpful, solution oriented, and has mature personalities;
5. Initiative, self-motivated and detail oriented.
