工作职责
1) Take the lead of electrical design for the global power system new product development.
a. Be familiar with the block diagram of the whole DC power system in Telecom area.
b. Must have the ability to review design specifications and develop solutions in align with the electrical functions including identifying the contactor, CB, monitor and controller and also software configuration design in NPD project.
c. Create product documentation including PCB layout and PCB assembly drawing, software related documentation sets.
d. Take the lead of prototype samples building for design verifications.
e. Implement cost reduction of electrical parts at design stage.
f. Implement and provide guideline of the design verification testing.
g. Be familiar with UL, CE etc. safety compliance knowledge.
h. Support trial run in manufacturing when it’s required.
2) Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and forecast project plans and timelines to ensure on-time completion of all assigned projects.

职位要求
A. Bachelor Degree or above in electrical engineering.
B. 3+years electrical design experience of power system products.
C. Good knowledge of automatic control, MCU application, power supply application and power system architecture.
D. Be professional to use PCB layout tool, knowledge for Cadence, SIMetrix or other simulation software.
E. Good skill on electrical/electronic test.
F. Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) application.
G. Excellent written and good spoken English.
H. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
I. Good team work experience.
J. Be highly self-driven and independent to work.
