Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and manage the all Finance department2. Implement the finance policy and accounting system in line with the local and China corporate accounting policies and procedures.3. Keep accurate and efficient cost structure for products and all departments to the entire company4. Implement cost control process through ERP system5. Prepare Budget and monthly financial analysis6. Treasury, taxes and internal control7. Good pricing and project cost analyzing skill and provide necessary decision-making support8. Train and develop finance staff

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.2. Minimum 10 years working experience in multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in accounting and finance function.3. Skilled in ERP software applications4. Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player5. Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
