职位描述

Job Summary

- Responsible to develop and maintain systems required to continuously improve the Metals supplier base through systematic review and improvement. This, coupled with product review and enhancement to supplier processes, are designed to provide Wuhan Metals Plants and oversea division with the best product available at a competitive price.


主要工作描述

- Must be familiar with ISO 14001/ TS16949.

- Intimate knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and QSA.

- Strong analytical skills required to root cause and close issues related to the product.

- Strong tooling knowledge required reviewing and making recommendations to tooling and gauging during product development for advance program.

- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts and methods.

- Conduct design reviews for advance programs.

- Conduct supplier site reviews and analyzes supplier capability.

- Conduct APQP / follow up of supplier during development / launch phase. SQE will be responsible for the quality of components being shipped by supplier.

- Monitor supplier performance by Supplier Rating System and driver supplier to get improvement.

- Develop Supplier team relationships to work in release of new programs as well as resolve current product issues.

- Continuously improve supply base and support buyer to compress supplier base.

- Must actively participate in achieving China Plant Supplier Quality goals.

- Able to facilitate and take bridge role between China supplier and Oversea division.


Qualifications Requirement


- Bachelor or equivalent degree with education of any engineering course.

- At least 5 years experience in supplier quality management

- Good oral and written communications both in Mandarin and English and inter-personal skills Results oriented pro-active and concept developer. Flexible to work time schedule and willing to travel.

- Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
