Education:

- 大学本科， MBA优先

Skills:

- 良好领导能力；

- 较强的沟通技巧；

- 问题解决与目标达成能力；

- 团队协作与多部门沟通技巧；

- 人力资源开发；

Experience:

- 十年以上制造工厂工作经验；至少六年管理经验和三年部门经理管理经验；了解汽车行业；熟悉金属件产品工艺。

- 运营部门获得必要的人力资源和合适的培训；

- 产品的质量受控，工厂按体系运营；

- 设备完好率和可利用率达到要求；

- 各项运营指标达到公司的要求；
