- Studying customer schematics and PCB layout drawings and provide feedback and recommendations and hints required to help the customers design meet Intel specifications.
- Evaluating the performance of power supplies on a test bench, including power supply sequencing, efficiency, DC accuracy, temperature compensation, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, small signal loop response (Bode plot), and large signal load step and release transient response
- Direct customer support and training for power supply enabling issues related to ISG products
- Some customer travel is required.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) with 3+ years experience of power supply design, validation and consultation. Additional qualifications include:
- Familiar with control loop design and simulation tools: SPICE, MathCAD, Allegro PCB viewer, Intel VRD 11.0 and VRD 12.0
- At least 3 years experience designing DC to DC converters with emphasis on single phase and multi-phase buck regulators including selecting and evaluating: power supply controllers
MOSFETs and MOSFET drivers, MOSFET heatsinks, input and output inductors, input and output capacitors.
- Experienced with bench power supplies, oscilloscope and electronic loads required
- Experience with PCB rework, Vector Network Analyzer desirable
