JOB SUMMARY
Mega project ESI stage customer window and internal coordinator
Mega project NPI stage customer technical window and internal technical lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Keep close communication with customer product designer, understand product specifications and design intents
2. Lead internal team on DFM and new process development/evaluation at ESI stage.
3. Overall in charge of internal process design, DFM and engineering data & CR preparation.
4. Lead project technical team on cross-processes/complicated technical issue/problem solving and process fine-tune along NPI builds.
5. Initialize and support on new process outsourcing/development and new equipment/material evaluation/qualification.
6. Project focus team technical member selection, training, qualification and assessment

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
1. A bachelor or master degree of mechanical engineering from a recognized university
2. At least 8 years of hands-on product design experience
3. Good understanding of industry development and practice
4. Familiar with product manufacturing process equipment, tool, jig & fixture, and tolerance analysis
5. Be self-directed and with high level of energy and determination to finding solutions
6. Solid technical foundation and able/willing to think out of the box to resolve issues
7. Adopt a fact-base and data-driven decision making working culture
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills
