职位描述

PURPOSE:
目的:
In accordance with company policy, quality standards and procedures:
To develop, propose and implement product-marketing plan for product, monitor performance and evaluate to achieve agreed budgets, objectives and quality standards.
Ensure the timely adjustment of strategy to meet the changes in the market/competition.
Provide overall direction, and control of all promotion, market research, advertising and public relations functions with the responsibility for the management, training and development of employees in marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
工作职责
- Planning
Produces and propose to Marketing manager on Product Plan for the product as input to the Annual Business Plan including SWOT analysis, marketing strategy (focusing on both product and disease management involving doctors), objectives, promotional activities and budgets.
Promotes originality and creativity in all activities to enhance product performance and continued improvement against key success criteria.
As part of the business planning process, develops strategic and operational plans and budgets at all levels and in line with international guidelines, to support the achievement of business objectives.
Reviews and plans to ensure that the organisation and allocation of resources is effectively and efficiently utilised to achieve business objectives,
Establishes effective processes for the deployment, communication, implementation, control and review of plans and budgets at all levels,
- Implementation
Manage all activities in the Product Plan according to company procedures, (including both internal and external resources) within agreed deadlines and according to company system and processes e.g. project management.
Collaborates with and supports the sales force via training, detailing materials, market analysis and research, client support, territorial management to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
Contact with medical decision-makers and opinion leaders according to agreed targets, to gain market feedback as it applies to promotion strategy, project management and relationship marketing.
KOL management to get endorsement and support from them
- Administration and Reporting
Carries out all administration according to company policies and procedures e.g. expense reports.
Prepares monthly reports according to reporting guidelines and departmental standards.
Preparation and communication of marketing information to sales force during cycle meetings.
- Human Resources
Recruits, trains and develops effective personnel for the brand team
Implements effective people performance management systems to achieve high employee satisfaction,
Identifies training and development needs on a regular basis and evaluates the effectiveness and validity of activities undertaken

REQUIREMENT:
岗位要求
- Experience in the field of pharmaceuticals more than 5 years.
- At least 2-year experience of leading a brand in multinational company, background with CNS MKT experience will be preferable
- Academic training (University degree)
- Knowledge of English
- Computer skills
