Job Scope岗位职责
- Daily office management and develop regular process/tool to improve overall administration;
负责日常行政管理工作，制定办公室行政管理制度并完善相关流程；
- Office environment maintenance and petty cash management, internal/ external communication;
办公室设施的定期维修，备用金管理，对内对外沟通协调；
- New hire arrangement, staff orientation and other HR operations;
负责人员招聘及录用，员工日常HR管理、培训等人力资源工作；
- Assistant supervisor on team member performance management and provide support for business development;
协助直属主管上级对所有业务人员的管理，对业务人员工作规范及完成质量进行监督和评估，为公司市场推广工作提供必要支持；
- Other assignments
完成直属主管分配的其他工作。

Job requirements 任职资格
- 3 years HR/Admin relative experience 3年以上相关工作经验
- Bachelor degree or above 大学本科学历
- Good command of English 英语流利
- excellent office software 能熟练运用办公软件
- Strong communication skill 有较强的沟通协调能力
- Good sense on admin management and can work under pressure 有现代化办公室管理理念性格活泼开朗，能承受工作压力
