Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, overtime, injury reporting to ensure timely and accurately, support regional HR team and local F&A dept for personnel cost budgeting & controlling.

· Maintain good relationship with related government bodies; communicate updated government social benefit policies & other local policies to all related internal parties cluster HR teams, regional HR team when necessary.

· Execute annual salary review, basic salary increasing, monthly performance bonus (MPB) , sales incentive bonus and annual bonus calculation.

· Conduct and coordinate E-HR project possibility analysis, internal requirement survey, supplier selection and system effectiveness evaluation to ensure the progressing on right tracking.

· Employment Contract management, coordinate with local labor bureau and outsourcing agency as timely and legally requirement, conduct termination conversation and agreement preparation.

· Implement internal audit process associate with internal rules and regulations.

· Involve in annual compensation and benefit survey with firms of Mercer, Hewitt, and collect market practice and provide analysis report, efforts on employee retention and motivation program.

· Assisting in C&B system on propose, plan, review, update and implementation.

· Coach and share experience with other HR team member for government policy or regulation updating.

Qualification Requirements:

· University degree in HR Management or administration

· At least 3 years HR work experiences in multi-national companies, at least 2 years C&B experience is prefer.

· Good understanding of Labor Law and market practice;

· Good analytical skill;

· Strong communication and interaction skills

· Result orientated and positive "can do" attitude

· With passion, willing to learn new things

· Fluency in both written and oral English.

· Excellent MS especial EXCEL skills.
