Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

•Be responsible for day to day in-house manufacturing to meet production and delivery target as well as cost control •Mentor and motivate the manufacturing group including engineers, technicians and operators, develop training plans to maximize workforce capability. •Maintain and generate manufacturing procedures to ensure EHS compliance and improvement, lead compliance, as well as EHS efforts in support of plant goals. •Assist and support raw material and new product introduction and localization •Participate in 6 sigma quality improvement project and lean activities •Keep watching outsourced products quality and delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineerign or Industrial Engineering is required. •Five year of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s experience as a Production Team leader, production/manufacturing engineer, project manager, operations manager or production manager is acceptable •Five years of experience must include some experience with X-ray engineering or mechanical engineering, lean manufacturing procedures and EHS compliance •Knowledge, experience and track records with ISO9001 quality system implementation, and continuous improvement •Ability to work effectively in a cross functional/matrixed environment •Strong English and Mandarin language proficiency •Demonstrated excellent proficiency in computer skills
