Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Involve in the product design and NPI introduction, work with supplier to ensure design for manufacturing requirements are met, review and approve the product specification and testing plan. • Work closely with supplier to ensure the maturity of production with tollgate review( MB, PP, MP) and proper Manufacturing/ quality documentation in place to manufacture quality GE Branded computer accessory products (like mouse, key board, cable, web cam, earphone, speaker etc). • Document procedures to include the handling Incoming Materials, Material flow, Manufacturing Process Instructions, In-Process Quality control, Equipment Maintenance, Product Conformance etc. • Review supplier Manufacturing and Quality Control processes for adequacy to ensure efficient output of quality products. • Provide finding report and CAP to address the quality concerns and summary reports on a regular bases to the GETL Quality Leader • Provide Technical Program Manager with data as needed • Proactively communicate with supplier personnel at all levels to ensure understanding and importance of adhering to all GE standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering.• 6 + Experience in manufacturing of consumer electronic products (like mouse, key board, cable, web cam, earphone, speaker etc), familiar with industry standard and requirement. • Strong quality management background, familiar with quality control tools and shop floor quality issues.• Project management background is a plus• Good communication skill to work with cross team
