职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities
Please group the job duties into major areas of responsibilities beginning with the most important responsibilities.
1. Supervise all development projects status related enterprise software platform from the perspective of information publishing, issue tracking, risk management
2. Ability to delegate work appropriately, and develop a responsive organization.
3. Under the guidance from U.S. Software Platforms Director and Program Manager, continuously identify opportunity for optimizing the QA/Test process.
4. Be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring his/her Engineers in the achievement of tactical and strategic goals as set forth by the company and/or department leader.
5. Create and maintain a positive, results-oriented operating culture that continues to expand its capacity while delivering quality with speed and consistency.
6. Understand and enhance existing quality and management system supporting development including management processes such as NPD 2.0, CMMI, QA, ISO, etc. All systems will be maintained and audited accordingly to ensure effectiveness with division locations throughout the world.
7. Ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to employees and management for both eResource and Retail Solutions.
8. Efficiently cooperate with related stakeholders to assure smoothly program delivery.
9. Ability to resolve conflict in a calm, rationale, and deliberate manner.
10. Ability to multi-task and be able to prioritize and balance many activities and adjust quickly in a dynamic environment.
11. Willingness to work flexible hours that works best with remote division management and local teams.
12. Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Mandarin and English. A strong desire to work in cross-cultural teams.
13. Travel requirement: 1 – 2 times a year with no more than one month every time.

Qualifications and Experience
Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training, experience, people management skill, which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job.
1.Education/Training
? BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or Technical equivalent
2.Experience (minimum required)
? 8 years of professional experience in software development out of which at least 5 years in Java
? Minimum of 5 years experience project managing software development activities for applications
? Experience developing project plans and timely execution of those plans.
? Experience building effective teams and coaching for success.
? Experience with work breakdown structures, risk analysis, and other project management tools.
? Minimum of five years supervisory experience.
