Area Training Manager
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure educational objectives of field force team Training are met:
Being the primary facilitator of all of the core training modules for internal employees including Basic Training,Total Service Experience,Orientation,and delivering training,such as Beauty Seminars for external customers.
Assisting with special community projects, special event seminars and media events.
Organizing a monthly schedule that provides for the efficient facilitation of the delivery of core training modules, meetings, one-on-one consultations with field force team.
2.Enhance the skill level of field force team:
Observing and modifying,if necessary,the field force team abilities and customer service skill levels.
Evaluating training needs and creating and conducting workshops and one-on-one consultations based on training needs.
3.Provide field force team support:
Making regular visits to counters and working along side Beauty Advisors.
Setting an example of professionalism and customer service.
Answering questions pertaining to customer service and product knowledge while at counters.
Identifying training needs with Regional Sales Manager and meeting those needs through on-on-one support.
Communicating with Regional Sales Manager regarding staff performance,ability, and morale.
4.Participate in professional development:
Attending and participating in various developmental trainings (e.g. Train the Trainer).
Attending monthly staff meetings and participating by presenting independent ideas and concepts, discussing departmental developments and coaching and supporting others.
5.Provide information regularly to Regional Sales Manager:
Assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives (e.g. In-store support, one-on-one consultations).
Identifying and communicating training needs.
Informing him/her of the details of upcoming events and providing him/her with an evaluation of the success of events.
6.Adhering to and providing the example for the brand policies regarding customer service expectations, dress code and the brand’s professional standards.
7.Manage the Trainer’s team:
Upgrading quality of training delivery
Coaching and developing
Qualifications:
1.Education: University degree.
2.Job-Related Skills: Proven exceptional ability in make-up application,organizational skills,customer service,public speaking and instructional training.Must be versatile.
3.Job-Related Experience: at least 3 years related experience.
4.Analytical/Interpretive Skills: Training and coaching new and existing employees and customers.
5.Communication Skills: Proven ability to provide guidance, instruction and product knowledge and training.
6.Ingenuity/Creativity Skills: Demonstrate ability to develop creative, challenging informative and fun ways to deliver training and educational information.
