Job description:

Yield analysis for front end, backend testing. Supporting foundry process analysis as well as assembly line problem.
Cooperating with chip designers, dft engineer, test engineer and foundry experts regarding testing methodologies, test concept to fulfill the design for analysis and design for manufacture requirements.
Defining the characterization (for chip parameters) plan and playing as a key member in Qualification measurements.
Supporting the customer case analysis, sometimes with the driving seat.
Playing as the project manager after the project goes to production line.

requirements:
Masters/bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering or in related field.
Basic knowledge to use MS office tools (word, excel, powerpoint).
Master at least one programming language, C. C++. Perl. Python. VBA.
Component verification experience is a plus.
Fluent speaking and written English is a must.

At least 1 years industry experience in soc or design for test, foundry process experience is a big plus.
Basic knowledge of yield analysis, qualification stress, project management skill is a plus.
Self-motivated team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
