工作职责
1,Developing firmware from a Software Requirement Specification in a global team environment
2,Estimation of firmware development effort
3,Participate in peer reviews
4,Time management and reporting
5,Code configuration management
6,Adherence to formal development processes throughout the life-cycle

职位要求
1,A degree in Information Science or Electrical Engineering
2,Experience of architecture design and large project operation.
3,Four years of related experience in Linux firmware development
4,Large embedded system (not 8-bit micro-controllers)
1)Be good at C / C++, familiar with Shell programming
2)GCC / G++ / GDB
3)well knowledge of UML and OOP
4)Kernel development experience is a plus.
5,4 years (or above) of related experience in protocol development, such as SNMP, BACnet, ModBus, YDN23 (IPV6 a plus)
6,Experience with PowerQUICC or ARM processors
7,Good verbal and written skills (English)
8,Extended travel to the US (4 to 6 months)
