Responsibilities:

？ Execution on implementation of providing retail consultancy services to landlord;

？ Help the team leader in execution of consultancy assignments;

？ Drafting and writing up of proposals and reports;

？ Commercial market research and analysis for project positioning;

Qualifications:

？ Bachelor degree or above major in Real Estate, Construction, planning and design or related major;

？ Three-year or above planning experience and practical operation capability in commerce, office building or composite;

？ Familiar with market background of real estate in Qingdao and key cities of Shandong province;

？ Good writing skills;

？ Basic IT skills(MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet), outstanding skill on Power Point;

？ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
