职位描述
Responsibilities:
In charge in process quality control
Analysis and improving the dominant abnormal quality in production process，closing and standardization;
Analysis and improvement of the main problems in the defective rate, improve the yield rate;
Management and promote the process of SPC;
Planning and promoting the project to improve process quality;
Preparation of IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC inspection work instruction, quality control plan, and quality inspection standard formulation;
Training, guide the IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC, improve the level of their inspection;
Supplier evaluation and development;
Project management, drawing translation;
8D tracking and verification
Requirement:
B.S.
More than 5 years in mechanical or plastic product/process quality control experience
Experienced in FMEA, PPAP,SPC quality tools, Control Plan is preferred.
Be familiar with ISO9001
Be good at communication, coordination
Can work well under the pressure
Be good at English of writing and reading
