职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To check and verify all accounts payable request/cost center/ invoice, etc to ensure all payment related documents are fulfilled the regulations
2. To manage the GFS staff to prepare all daily accounts Payable processing, book ledger accurate and arrange payment on time, to check and review all entries of GFS team
3. Monitor bank balance, provide cash flow analysis,
4. To complete the monthly closing and all monthly reports before deadline.
5. To provide the Opex report to all department head for check and review after closing, prepare the adjustment request if any error were found.
6. Develop or modify the SCPs and WIs
7. Other assigned tasks
8. All employees are responsible for minimizing both the Environmental and Health; Safety effects of the work that they perform.
Qualifications:
1. Smart and fast learning, high potential for developing
2. Self motivated, proactive and team work
3. College or Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related
4. 1 or 2 years experience in accounting in a multinational company
5. Good English in writing and orally
6. Familiar with SAP is preferred
