职位描述
Short Summary / Mission:
Software project leader is used when developing and maintaining in-house software to manage the team of software Engineers and has the authority to assign task within the team. The purpose is to support development and maintenance of the software components within the car. Software Project leader creates and assures the software development process according to best practices, standards and guidelines.
SW Task Leader is responsible to support the development of production software that is implemented according to a set of guidelines, standards and design prerequisites. Software Project Leader is responsible to support the development of software components that fulfill the requirements from technical, time and cost perspective.
Main Job Description:
* Responsible for the complete Software delivery that is developed to the software process defined by QM and ISO 26262
* Responsible for creation and content of SWJR (Soft Ware Joint Review)
* Responsible for SWDP Software Development plan
* Split the software development work inside the team to each software developer.
* Plan software releases
* Create and follow up content of FIP
* Participate in Requirement manager's efforts to define / review requirements for SWC
* Responsible for creation and follow up of the change requests (CRE) sent to supplier / customer
* Planning and managing team work throughout the project
* Plan, manage and communicate the deliveries against supplier and external customer
* Leading software development work, lead the team
* Receive and verification results
* SW-DRM (SW project meeting).
* Perform risk assessment
Key Requirement:
Experience Requirements
* The successful candidate should have minimum 10 years of work experience in software developing.
* At least 5 working experience in automotive assembling / Motor Vehicle industry.
Education requirements
*Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
Language Requirement:
* Fluent in English in oral and written
Personality Requirements
* Team player, good interaction skills
* Sense of urgency
* High level of drive and an open-minded personality
* Customer oriented attitude
* Good leadership
