职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Reception Service:
Meet and greet employees, guests, clients;
Receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages in a professional manner.

2.Conference booking:
Well manage the conference room booking in proper procedure;
Contact Tea Lady to provide the beverage service for meeting room users when required/ upon request;
Consolidate and distribute the information of IT related functions set-up, meeting room usage status, follow up all meeting room related requirement with users;
Help to reserve the catering service in according to users' requirement and ensure the service proper arranged before meeting start.

3.Equipment & System Data Maintenance:
Make sure office equipment in good operation and keep close eye on vendor;
Keep records of equipment & system maintenance vendors;
Support employees' name badge application/exit check.

4.Others:
Assist new employee on board arrangement and orientation;
Support Telecom, SIM card, G-net and inter-call application;
Update extension list monthly and Prepare regular reports such as visitors list, telephone calls, etc;
Ensure clean and tidy work area, be well groomed and dresses appropriately;
Back up for other floors reception service if required;
Willing to do extra assignment as instructed.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION:
1.College degree or above, preferably major in English, Administration, Finance, Secretarial or hospitality.;
2.At least 1 years related work experience with finance background, stock control preferred;
3.Good command of Chinese and the English language (written and spoken);
4.Strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
5.Self-driven and good team player.
