DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.完成试剂产品的原物料的检验（Incoming quality control）。
2.完成试剂产品的过程质量控制（In process quality control）及产品出厂质量控制（Final quality control）。
3.参与新项目转产验证，保证新项目的顺利转产，并为转产验证项目制备相应的质控品。
4.处理试剂产品的投诉问题，分析和汇总实验数据，积累质控经验。
5.验证试剂产品的适用性，主要包括对上海新波新开发的检验仪器和AutoDELFIA等全自动仪器的验证。
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
1.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业本科以上学历。
2.有1-2年体外诊断试剂行业相关工作经验者优先。
3.熟悉生物技术基本知识和基础化学分析过程。
4.独立思考，思维活跃，乐于学习新知识。
5.英语四级以上。
