Responsibilities:
• Product management
Develop and execute product growth strategy.
Product management/ roadmap, price/margin analysis, competition, channel, promotion plan, delivery, life cycle.
New offer launch and promotion.
Make the product test plan, and execute it with biz support team

• Market
Market survey by product trend, target market, new market development plan.
Data analysis including price, sales value, forecast etc. Cooperation with Finance and strategy MKT to finish all concerned report/program.

• Product/industry standard
Track the national industry/product standard dynamics, participate the standard commission to fluence.

• Channel policy
Making channel policy per year including the commercial agreement, sales factors and bonus structure for channels.
Cooperate with sales to develop new channels.

Requirements:
Offer management position is ideal for a young engineer with high potential but limited working experience.

Minimum requirements:
· Electrical Engineering degree .
· Very familiar with protection relay product.
· Fluency in English Reading/Writing.

Additional requirements
· Offer marketing/sales/technical support experience preferred
· Experience/qualification in electrical distribution (MV/HV) preferred
