职位描述
Position: OEM Sales Manager (Internal position: OEM Manager)
Department: International Marketing & Sales
Report to: Executive Director
Subordinates: 2-5
Purpose:
Assist supervisor to develop, implement and track on-going OEM projects'development with specific manufacturers, oversees the achievement of the annual and monthly plan target, develop and enhance the relationship with Global OE manufacturers, focus the development of our strategic OEs that aligns with our corporate goals, steady growth on business volume and self sustainable, drive the program development across departments.
Responsibilities:
1 Involved in supporting the development of the overall OEM objectives and plans, is responsible for the specific implementation and achievement of agreed objectives; 25%
2 Reply to customer's inquiry on potential opportunities (our department leads but joint efforts from cross departments), seize the business opportunities; 15%
3 Responsible for OEM project development (including technical related aspects) and coordination with all departments from initial negotiation through to realization of projects; 20%
4 Keep abreast of developments in the OEM market and provide relevant information to support opening up of the replacement market; 10%
5 Price negotiation with customer, maintain sustainable margin for continuous supply; 10%
6 Coordinate customer visit (including plant audit, technical discussion, etc.), support any technical assessment by customer; 5%
7 Production and shipping review, discuss and resolve any supply issues; 5%
8 Monthly reporting - account update, rolling forecast, AR, margin analysis and etc; 5%
9 Others ad-hoc activities such as contract review and project team building. 5%
Qualification:
1. 40 years & below, Bachelors & above, major in International Trade;
2. 8 years and above working experience with at least 2 years people management experience in tire company.
3. Exhibit profound understanding on tire markets, possess good judgment, people management skills.
4. Fluent in English communication.
5. Familiar with ERP system, sales, project management etc.
6. Upright, honest, mature, open-minded, self-confident; high degree of enthusiasm, good team spirit; strong observation and response capabilities.
