职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Work with business cluster VPs, plant GMs and Global functions to deploy Safety & Environmental programs in China;
Develop & standardize S&E procedures to be in align with China regulations & laws and global requirements;
Lead and coordinate company Energy Action (SEA) program and support ISO50001 energy management system setup in China plants.
Define & deploy energy actions in China according to global requirements;
Provide technical and practical support to China plants /Distribution centers (DCs);
Organize monthly communication meeting with plant/DC energy efficiency (EE) leaders to review performances & action progress;
Organize trainings to site S&E people to be family with reporting system and tools (Modeling) setup ;
Collect and share Energy saving best practices to China S&E people and/or EE leaders;
Monthly report energy performance and implement data analysis;
Track follow-up actions to drive the program performance forward;
Support plants /Distribution centers to establish ISO 50001 energy management system.
Lead Loss prevention programs (including Business Continuity Plan program )in China
Ensure global Loss prevention programs launched in China;
Coordinate with Global risk management team to implement annual loss prevention audit;
Assist site to perform risk analyses and define/optimize China & site loss prevention actions;
Support site S&E people to establish / test BCP and follow up the actions from Loss prevention audit;
Track/ report BCP deployment status and the progress of follow-up actions;
Train China S&E people to better understand BCP as necessary;
Communicate with Global Energy team and Global Risk management team to review regional performance, actions and new requirements through monthly conf-calls;
Implement Annual Safety & Environmental audit (ASEA) in China.
Responsible for monthly Energy performance reporting and database maintenance.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in a multi-national manufacturing corporation managing EHS operations; 3-years in EHS central functions is preferred.
BS degree or above in environmental, safety, mechanic or related engineering.
Good communication, training and program management skills
Good command of Mandarin & English, both written and oral.
Good understand of ISO14001 and OSHA18001 requirements..
Has good computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)
