职位描述

Position Objective 职位目标
1.As a member of the SIOP team, the Demand Planner works closely with Sales and Marketing to generate an unconstrained consensus sales forecast.
2.The Demand planner also works closely with Operations to determine appropriate inventory planning strategies and production plans.
3.The Demand Planner will also partner with Finance to ensure that the sales forecast and production plans developed through the SIOP process achieve the desired financial results.

Duties and responsibility 工作职责
1.Develop, analyze, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and value forecasts.

2.Identify and analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate analysis in forecasting, inventory planning, and safety stock processes.

3.Partner with factory leaders, sourcing, finance and other planners to identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages, providing an early warning system for issues identification

4.Gather commercial input by exception from the sales, marketing and technical functions and incorporate into the sales forecast the statistical forecast and review.

5.Lead the monthly demand review meeting and present the statistical forecast and discuss outstanding exceptions.

6.Create and maintain documentation for Demand processes and systems.

7.To identify, develop and implement process improvements

8. Lead & organize site demand review meeting.

?Good working knowledge of core processes in sales & marketing, demand management, production planning, materials management, inventory management and logistics

?Brings accountability and feedback in a non-judgmental manner

Experience 工作经验
? Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, sales or supply chain management
? Clear success in the delivery of planning capabilities, ideally in a complex, high volume, high variability environment.
? Use of ERP and forecasting systems

Other requirements of role holder 其它要求
? GB or Lean Expert qualification an advantage
? A fluent English speaker
