工作职责：

1、总体负责陕西、山西、内蒙古的综合渠道的团队管理及该区域的综合销售业绩；

2、确保达成区域的销售指标和相关KPI目标；

3、和客户一起制定达成年度销售目标的行动方案；

4、协同公司市场部和科技交流部来策划组织消费者招募和客户产品知识教育活动，并督导团队成员的有效执行；

5、与公司市场部保持密切沟通，切实执行各种促销活动，向公司提供市场的竞争状况，并协同相关部门制定有的放矢的应对方案；

6、以身作则，确保团队成员按照公司的政策、流程和规定来执行任何行动；

7、分析经销商的库存，以便优化销售流程 ；
8、提供专业的服务和咨询，监督各地物流客服服务，以便保证客户满意度 。

任职资格：

1、大学本科以上学历

2、8年以上销售经验，其中5年以上销售管理经验

3、高效的沟通能力和团队管理能力
