职位描述

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for GM, including but not limited to preparing calendar management,Report prepare, meeting arrangement, etc.
Handle confidential files and documents, the draft of correspondence and presentations on Power Point preparation

Consolidate monthly/weekly report, and submit the report on time
Rationalize the daily work schedule for GM, According to the work plan in time to remind
Act as a translator at meetings and for interpreting correspondence.
Coordinates the management with each department
Incharge of all admin and part HR job
Follow up on other tasks assigned by the GM

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and above
2 years or more working experiences in secretarial / support role

Fluency in both spoken and written English and mandarin, good translation and interpretation capabilities, CET-6 above
Excellent capability in Word & Excel, especially strong PowerPoint / graphic skills for making presentation
Passionate, responsible, detail-oriented, hard-working, flexible and willing to learn and achieve high standards
