-大专以上学历，两年以上销售工作经验，一年以上销售团队管理经验；

-具有良好的团队管理能力，能通过多种方式有效激励员工；
-乐于在挑战性强、节奏快的环境下工作；
-熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。
