Job Responsibilities:

`Develops, establishes and maintains quality system, drive quality improvement culture to ensure excellent quality performance and customer satisfaction;

`Ensure the quality indicator of company;

`Follow the PDCA of the non-conformity;

`Drive effective problem solving process (Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions);

`Build quality improvement culture in plant and lead continuous improvement activities to ensure plants’quality performance metrics;

`Develop team competency through coaching, training and mentoring.

Job Requirements:

`University degree, more than 10 years relevant experience, 5+ years at Management Level in foreign manufacturing industry will be preferred;

`Familiar with core quality tools, strong problem solving skills;

`Knowledge of cost of quality;

`Knowledge of Quality function deployment;

`Good interpersonal skills, good team player;

`Fluent oral English, as well as good in written.
