Responsibility:
1 Build and maintain databases for business development and activity reporting purposes - e.g. client and competitor data
2 Identify anomalies in data accuracy and proactively resolve in order to maintain the integrity of the data set
3 Prepare all required activity-based reports required by the regional and global business
4 Analyze databases to generate relevant insights in relation to business problems - including market and client segmentation, client and sectors analysis and performance measurement
5 Track activities, identify trends, generate insights and make recommendations in relation to target markets, sectors and clients
6 Prepare relevant presentations and reports to share insights
7 Support business development teams by preparing and updating relevant documentation
8 Ad hoc analytical tasks required for business development purposes
9 Support the global business in developing new business intelligence and reporting systems - including being willing to attend regular after-hours calls

Qualification:
- Research or analytics background ,Experience setting up databases and systems for analytical purposes
- Experience managing and rolling out projects across multiple countries in accordance with agreed deadlines
- Strong experience in data mining - including data cleansing, classification, clustering and regression
- History of working within multi-national companies
- Strong understanding of how to structure data for analytical purposes
- Proficiency in data analysis systems and tools - e.g. MS Excel and SPSS,SharePoint experience a plus
- Bachelor degree in information management, marketing analytics, research or related disciplines preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an analyst
- Experience working or studying overseas preferred
- English as a native language
