职位描述

Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent 该职位主要职责
1. Work with account team and present accounts to secure support for identified business building opportunities.
2. Lead and conduct persuasive and influential presentations to achieve a positive impact on distribution and merchandising decisions in assigned accounts.
3. Implement key account development strategies and in-store presence programs for the Modern Trade, achieving the agreed FEM, Main Shelf, Multi-location display and merchandising targets in both quantity and quality terms, establishing and reinforcing core competence in the Modern Trade.
4. Conducts regular business analyses to determine the status of accounts, identify potential problems and ensure aligned KPI delivering.
5. Deliver with execution excellence in the field for all Headquarter planned sales and marketing programs in defined customers.
6. Lead the tracking of category dynamics and competition intelligence to align STAP strategies and transfer implementation best practice to ensure leadership in Modern Trade.
7. Identify the areas in controlling and improving trading expenses and M&P expenses and recommend programs that deliver effective management of trading, selling and M&P expenses in modern trade.
8. In conjunction with the trade marketing and marketing functions, help implement relevant strategies, advertising, promotion and merchandising activities in relation to the key accounts sector.
9. Furnishes and participates most important accounts contract negotiation.
10. Take on ad hoc projects as and when required



Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求
1. Disciplined senior manager with superior customer penetrating and priority development capabilities;
2. Effective communication skills (good English and good Mandarin- written and spoken);
3. Has field experience;
4. Min. 5 years sales experience in FMCG products, with solid 3 years experiences in regional Key account management level;
5. Expert in managing complexity, strong human relations, strong analytical and presentation;
6. A doer, walk the talk;
7. Has a winning and responsible attitude;
8. Decisive and appreciative;
9. Good in change leadership and in management; university education;
10. Has the passion to win and deliver execution excellence;
11. Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.
