职位描述
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Work closely with Tier 1/ Tier 2 wholesalers to achieve the monthly sales target.
2. Initiate all the Tier 2/Tier 3 promotion activities and monitoring the implementation, maximize the result for sales.
3. Closely communicate with other department such as:
a. Finance: to check the A/R from Tier I/Tier 2 wholesaler also;
b. Logistics: to order taking, also ensure goods delivery on time;
c. Sales Development: to support CRM and wholesaler management projects;
d. Insure the product launch success, follow up & traveling.
4. Collect feedback from frontline Sales team regarding counterfeit. Work with wholesaler to crack down counterfeit and infringement.
5. Carry out empty bottle return project from both contract and non-contract outlet.
6. Check the sales volume of outlets according to the sales data collected from Tier II/III wholesaler.
7. Set up wholesaler management system to monitoring the KPI progress of each Tire 1/Tire 2.
Requirements:
-3 years Experience in WS management or sales management
-University Degree with a major in Finance or Economics
-Strong analytical skills and strong motivation, as well as communication skill
-Excel and Power Point
-Can read and write good English
-Open-minded
