Function
1. Improve the Quality and Food Safety system according to standard .
Organize quality and food safety system internal audit, management review and support the external audit.
2. Coordinate the Mars Q&FS and FSSC 22000 audit.
Improve and support quality and food safety system update and maintenance.
Follow up the corrective action & preventive action in regular audit and on-site check.
3. With professional knowledge for food safety devices/instruments.
4. Cooperate with mock recall team for the factory mock recall traceability exercise.
5. Support food safety team leader for HACCP system operation
6. Support Nexus system implementation and manager in factory level.
7. Training:
Provide the quality & Food Safety training to all associates.
Support factory quality and food safety related training
Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent
§ Perform the regular quality, OPRP, CCP audit on site as well as follow up the CAPA from the process owner.
§ Support the Mars Q&FS audit, internal audit, external audit and management review as well as follow up the CAPA from related department.
§ Conduct the factory mock recall exercise to verify the efficiency of the material traceability.
§ Provide the training for all associates of quality and Food Safety.
§ Comply with factory GMP,food safety,ESH&S regulation
§ Enhance onsite food safety device management.
§ Support the regulatory issue such as QS certificate, CIQ importing & exporting certificate, Halal certificate and other tasks from food inspection governments.
§ Support Nexus system implementation and manager in factory level.
Incumbent Requirements
1. Major in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, pharmaceutical
2. More than 5 years experience in food or cosmetic industry, with at least 2 years experience in process quality control.
3. Good communication and influencing skill, problem solving skills.
4. Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
