职位描述

1. Job Summary

The Market Specialist is responsible for building up market intelligence related to all segments of PC market,
analyse the information and provide support to new business/market development with BD & Sales teams by
using both “push” (based on market & product knowledge/trend) & “pull” (providing solution to full fill customer
needs) approaches.

2. Key Responsibilities
(Major Activities of position, framework and boundaries of the job, challenges, etc)
? Collect, analyze and manage the market intelligences from personal care finished product market, personal
care manufacturers and our competitors, and to identify untapped market potential and suggest new
strategies based on findings.
? Align with BD teams to facilitate the supplier reporting or conduct new suppliers sourcing activities.
? Update marketing information, regulation to BD and sales teams, organize seminar, exhibition or build up
show case as marketing support.
? Assist the BD segment team to come out new marketing ideas/concepts, marketing reference and new
market trends for the package product promotion and new product presentation.
? Coordinate with BD segment and technical team to come out monthly newsletter to our customers in relation
to the key product promotion program and analyze the customer feedback.

Market Intelligence & Market Plan in specific segment:
? Customer/Market Intelligence (both customer and market base)
? Identify market product trends and recommend potential target markets
? Study of successful new launch brands and conduct sales tools

4. Essential Skills/Traits/Competencies
(Academic qualifications, Experiences, Personal attributes, Knowledge & skills)
? Bachelor/Master in economy, marketing or management.
? 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience in personal care industry.
? Basic Technical knowledge (Product/Application)
? Strong analytical skills
? Creative & Innovative
? Strong Marketing knowledge & skills, experience in organize technical seminar, show case, etc.
? Project Management
? Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language in oral and written.
