Job Description:

Identify potential projects as a basis for setting the regional targets. Jointly with EAS’s S&MD pursue the selected target projects. Establish EAS’ prequalification for and participation in the tenders for the selected target projects. Assist the S&MD with the composition and submission of price quotations and bid proposals. Assist in the planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and activities in order to meet the company targets.


Key areas of
Responsibility:

？ Build and maintain close rapport with CAAC officials and decision makers.
？ Build and maintain close rapport with the Design Institutes in the PRC.
？ Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
？ Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
？ Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the S&M department.
？ Advise the selection of and after selection manage external agencies.
？ Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
？ Manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
？ Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills in case required by S&M Management.


Requirements/
Competences:

？ Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and some of the important dialects).
？ Proficient in English
？ Being of non-controversial ethnic descent
？ Engineering/architectural background
？ Knowledge of the PRC airport construction market
？ Experience with the PRC tendering and contracting processes
？ Having established inside contacts with decision makers at CAAC
？ Excellent commercial skills and market knowledge
？ Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial drive
？ Self-confidence and taking responsibility
？ Proficient in MS Office and MS Works
