工作职责

SUMMARY：

Responsible for the operations of the IT Asset Management program across Emerson Network Power Aisa Pacfic and function that covers full life-cycle management from procurement of the asset to final disposal.

Liaise with Corporate VMO and manage activities in IT procurement function. Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.

Evaluates contracts and vendors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1) Hardware asset management ( computers, servers and printer)

 responsible for hardware management process and policy

 maintain inventory data and ensure data accuracy

 promote employees awareness of hardware policy

 responsible for hardware lifecycle management

2) Software license management and monitoring

 responsible for software management process and policy

 maintain inventory data and ensure data accuracy

 manage license certificates

 approval for installation workflow and ensure software compliance prior to workflow approval

 LANDesk dashboard management

 software compliance audit

 promote employee awareness of software compliance

3) Software license contracts management

 Ensure that software contracts are renewed on a timely basis

4) Hardware and software procurement

 Responsible for IT hardware and software procurement process and register IT hardware and software received in to the respective inventory

5) Asset reporting – generation of asset management reports for compliance, planning and analysis

 Hardware inventory report

 Software inventory and installation report

 Software compliance audit report

 Software maintenance report

职位要求

1) Technical education at the college level or equivalent experience

2) 2 years’ work experience ideally IT Asset Management

3) Excellent oral and written communications

4) Experience supporting computers and peripherals

5) Experience with Office 2003 and Active Directory

6) Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues

7) Good interactive skills when dealing with people

8) Good organizational skills

·Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.

·Good oral and written communication skills are required.
