- To achieve agreed sales, profit/cost and stock targets through effective managing the workforce and ensuring an optimal execution of company business strategies.

- To effectively explain corporate strategies, decisions, policies, so that the workforce is convinced and to fully implement such strategies and policies in the store.
有效地解释公司战略、决策和政策,以便说服商场团队在商场全力执行既定的战略及政策
- To recruit, train and develop a team of management and staff who are equipped and motivated to perform tasks at required standard and meet targets set by the management.
招聘、培训及发展管理团队及员工,使他们能够具备足够的技能和激情按照公司要求的标准实现管理层设定的目标
- To market the store in the local environment in order to present the best possible profile of the company.
在当地大力推广商场形象,展现公司最好的一面
- To take responsibility for the security of employees, customers, stock and other company assets.

- To provide professional training in order to develop qualified and motivated staff for managerial positions within the company.

岗位要求:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect and trust from senior managers, peers, subordinates and external parties including governmental bodies and customers.
良好的人际关系技巧,能够赢得上级、同事、下属及包括政府和顾客在内的外部人员的尊敬和信任
- Minimum 7 to 8 years’ managerial experience, preferably in a service oriented businesses, managing sizable workforce in meeting sales target.
至少七到八年的管理经验,具有管理相当规模、达成销售目标的服务行业经验者优先考虑
- A good understanding of key elements of running a wholesale / retail establishment including supply chain management, marketing, stock control and customer service.
能够很好的理解批发和零售行业的运作要素,包括供应链管理、市场营销、库存控制以及顾客服务
- Broad understanding of financial functions such as budgeting, cost control, cash flow management and capital expenditure allocation.
对财务知识,如预算,费用控制,现金流管理和资本支出分配等有广泛的了解
